What challenges were you facing?

Before working with Colleen, I was traveling to help my Dad all the time and trying to research the best options for him.

I wasn't sure how a caregiving consultant would help, but I knew I needed help, so I took a chance.

What were the results?

Best decision I ever made. I really had no idea! Colleen knows so much about the industry and who to contact, which homes are best and which to avoid, how to apply for other help. Also thinking toward the future. It was possible my Dad was going to run out of money, so what was the next step. She made sure we were thinking about next steps.

How does life or caregiving feel different for you now?

With Colleen I could concentrate on being with my Dad and enjoying our time. Also, I didn't feel like I had to be there once a month, Colleen could visit Dad in between and I could try to stretch my visits to every 6 weeks since I had to fly back and forth.

Any advice for other clients?

Try it for a month, then sign up for a plan. It will change your life.
